Metro Looking to Public to Help Identify Armed Robbery Suspects
Metro police are hoping someone in the public will come forward with information on two suspects who robbed a local business on Friday.
According to police, the robbery occurred on Friday at a business located near Sahara and Fremont St. Two suspects entered the business in the 3300 block of Glen Ave when one of the suspects pulled out a firearm and ordered one of the employees to the ground, while the second suspect kicked and fought with the 91-year-old business owner. The two suspects stole cash and merchandise from the business; leaving the scene in a 90’s model Buick 4 door, faded green in color.
Metro has released photos and surveillance video of the incident in the hopes that someone can identify these men.
The first suspect is described as a black male adult, approximately 25 years old, 5’8″ tall, husky build, mustache/goatee, wearing a black shirt and shorts, and black and gray shoes, armed with a firearm. The second suspect is described as a black male adult, approximately 30 years old, 5’8″ – 5’10” tall, thin build, mustache/goatee, wearing a grey fedora hat, grey/ black/ white jacket, white shirt, grey sweat pants w/ black pads on knees, black shoes, carrying a multi-colored bag.
